Aaron has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as well as a being a former competitive athlete. He strives on using simplicity when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
Aaron specializes in strength training, Olympic Weightlifting, athletic performance, fat loss, nutrition, and injury prevention. No matter if you’re a competitive athlete or someone who just wants to move, look, and feel better, he can help.

NATE
Nate’s fitness journey started when he was 13. His father got him involved in lifting weights and working out to keep him on the right path. He was also involved in wrestling in high school and shortly after his senior year, he started training in Mixed Martial Arts. At the age of 18 his favorite ultimate fighter was Forrest Griffin, and after watching him fight, Nate wanted to challenge himself to compete as soon as he could out of high school. Since then, he’s had 9 MMA fights, 2 boxing bouts and 1 kickboxing bout. He’s experienced in all disciplines and has been training for about 10 years. He continues to learn and grow as a martial artist and a trainer/sports performance coach. My passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals and push them to accomplish them.

Ryan has been in the fitness industry since 1999. From bodybuilding to personal training clients from all ages to build confidence, a healthy mind set, body and forming good habits . He also provides personalized meal planning to teach the importance of nutrition. He feels no greater satisfaction than seeing a client feel good about themselves, along with the friendship and bond he builds with that person.

ALLISON
Allison is a NASM certified Personal Trainer that specializes in Strength Training and weight loss.
Allison played soccer, basketball, and tennis. She still enjoys playing soccer recreationally. She is persistent in educating herself about the most effective ways to build muscle mass and lose body fat.
Helping others comes naturally to her and she is determined to have her clients build lifelong sustainable habits. Allison values inclusion, integrity, and excellence. She is just as committed as you are to conquer your journey and reach your ultimate self.
Allison believes that it is her job as a trainer to get you to a place where you will not need her coaching anymore. She is a nutrition and dietetics student at MSU Denver and is on her way to becoming a registered dietitian.

NIKIA
Nikia is a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who focuses on her clients’ overall health including, mental wellness, nutrition, strength conditioning, body building, and triathlon. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry training clients individually and in group fitness classes, her passion continues to be assisting clients to be the best version of themselves.
Nikia is an Ironman and bikini body building competitor and former competitive powerlifter in college. Her personality is vibrant, motivating, kind, and positive. She is also working towards completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology to be a licensed therapist who specializes in fitness and holistic wellness.
Outside of the gym, she enjoys hiking with her dog Milo and being outside in the sun. She recently moved here from Hawaii and is currently learning how to snowboard (and is loving it!)

Mason comes from a small town in Wisconsin where he was raised on the importance of discipline, hard work and mental determination that he learned through over 15 years of wrestling. As he grew older he found a deep passion for fitness which he found helped him not only physically but mentally grow as an individual. With that passion Mason decided to pursue the path of physical training where he completed his certification through NASM.
With his abilities and passion, Mason aims to provide each and every one of his clients with the tools and skills they need to continue to climb and reach their summit. Whether you are just starting out or you are ready to get back into the gym, Mason is equipped to guide you toward success.

KRISTEN
Kristen is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. She has been powerlifting for over five years, competed in the USA Powerlifting federation (USAPL), and was a competitive dancer for nine years before she discovered lifting. She specializes in lifting and flexibility training. Kristen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a health science major and a double concentration in biology and psychology. She understands and empathizes with anxieties that occur from daily life and believes exercise is a positive form of therapy. Through lifting, she has gained a tremendous amount of confidence and recognizes how beneficial exercise can be to others’ mental and physical health. Kristen became a personal trainer because she wants to teach others how to gain confidence in themselves and in a gym atmosphere by showing them how strong they truly are and how to master hard lifts with proper technique.

JUSTIN
Justin Keay is a certified personal trainer with a passion for the barbell lifts and strength training. Justin is accredited with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and acted as a military fitness leader while serving in the US Navy. While training in a Naval Special Warfare program, Justin came to a deep understanding of the physical and mental disciplines required for peak performance. Over the years he has honed in his skills of strength development, focusing on precision and technique in the barbell lifts and their application to developing overall stronger body mechanics. Justin is committed to helping others on their fitness journey, developing stronger and more resilient bodies.

Hank has had a passion for health & fitness his entire life. Growing up a natural athlete, he played & competed in all major sports, but fell in love with basketball which became his focus. Hank played Division 1 basketball at the University of South Florida as well as Illinois State University while still developing his knowledge & skills as a trainer. Graduating from USF in 2018 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science & finishing his college career in 202, Hank has been working as a professional trainer for the last 3 years. Katrina is a registered dietitian nutritionist, & founder of KMD Nutrition, LLC.
